Toddler Booster Seats – Information

Toddler booster seats are usually the last type of kids car seats that your child will need to use. Toddler booster seats / cushions are for children from 3 years to approximately 12 years. Most booster seats and cushions are designed for children up to 36kg in weight. Your child must use the correct restraint for their weight and height so that they are comfortable as well as safe when travelling.

Long car trips can be tough. Long car trips with a toddler can be even harder. Log car trips alone with a toddler can test the very core of your being. But, there are some things that you can do to ease the stress. Sarah Coles from WildEdisons.com, offers these tips.

Childproof the Back Door and Window
This last trip, I put my toddler’s car seat behind the front passenger seat instead of in the middle. It made it easier to hand him things and keep an eye on him. If your toddler will be next to a door, be sure to check your owner’s manual to figure out how to prevent him or her from opening the door or window while you are driving.

Have More than One Sippy Cup at the Ready
At home, your toddler may only drink one cup of juice or milk in an hour or two, but prepare two cups at least before you leave and any time you stop. Toddlers are notorious for “accidentally” dropping cups in the car and the last thing you want is a toddler screaming for juice when you are on the highway. I just used an insulated lunch bag to keep them fresh.

Keep the Essentials in the Front Seat

1 of my mates spending his last night in albany,decideing to go down york st 1 more time on my toddler bike as he is becomeing a father soon,you are never too old or to younge to have some fun,please excuse some of the footage,as i was on my roller blades and my mate was haveing problems getting more speed as the ferrari was tuned on low boost lol car was only driven once to cross a road,safety precautions were taken into consideration,had a car on standby that followed us down,also wore helmets and safety gloves,ferrari was also checked over before cruzing we race these cars in our car club triple-d.org
